Cleanse your face and apply a generous amount of facial oil or serum. This allows the gua sha to glide smoothly over your skin without pulling or tugging.

Step 2: Start at the Neck
Hold the gua sha at a 15-degree angle and begin at the base of your neck. Gently sweep upward toward your jawline using light to medium pressure. Repeat 5–10 times on each side to stimulate lymphatic drainage.

Step 3: Sculpt the Jawline
Place the gua sha along your jawline and glide it from the chin toward your ears. Use the curved edge to hug your jawline for a defined, contoured look. Repeat 5–10 times on each side.

Step 4: Define the Cheekbones
Using the curved edge, gently glide the gua sha from the side of your nose toward your temples. This helps lift and sculpt the cheekbones while promoting circulation. Repeat 5–10 times per side.

Step 5: Smooth the Forehead
Start at the center of your forehead and glide the gua sha outward toward your hairline. Use long, upward strokes to reduce tension and smooth fine lines. Repeat 5–10 times.

Using the smaller edge, gently sweep under the eyes and along the brow bone toward the temples. This helps reduce puffiness and brighten the eye area. Repeat 5 times on each side.
